Welcome to CSGH
Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital is the only general hospital in the entire Northern Palawan. The DOH Administrative Order No. 2012-0012, otherwise known as “Rules and regulations governing the new classification of hospitals and other health facilities in the Philippines”, classified CSGH as a level 1 hospital.
CSGH, despite the new mandate, continues to recognize quality and humanitarian services to the People Affected by Leprosy.
CSGH has different organized service departments and offers quality ancillary services such as a secondary-level Clinical Laboratory that possesses state-of-the-art equipment that produces reliable laboratory results, a secondary Radiology Department, and a 24/7 operating Pharmacy.

Napag-alaman ng pamunuan ng CSGH ang kumakalat na social media post tungkol sa kamakailang pagkaka-ospital at malungkot na pagpanaw ng isang bata sa aming institusyon. Ipinapaabot namin ang aming taos-pusong pakikidalamhati at pakikiramay sa naiwang pamilya.
Ang reklamong ipinabatid sa nasabing post ay isang seryosong usapin at lubos itong nauunawaan ng ospital. Gayunpaman, ang mga alegasyong kumakalat online ay hindi pa beripikado at hindi dapat ituring na pawang katotohanan hangga’t hindi naisagawa ang kaukulang imbestigasyon.
Sinusuri ng CSGH ang mga pangyayari kaugnay ng pangangalaga sa pasyente at magsasagawa ng naaangkop na hakbang kung mapatutunayang may paglabag sa mga patakaran ng ospital o sa mga pamantayang propesyonal.
Dahil sa pagiging confidential ng impormasyon ng pasyente, hindi kami maaaring maglabas ng partikular na impormasyong medikal sa publiko. Magalang naming hinihiling sa publiko na iwasang gumawa ng mga maagang konklusyon o magbahagi ng mga impormasyong hindi pa beripikado.
Nanatiling pangunahing misyon ng CSGH ang kaligtasan ng mga pasyente, propesyonalismo, makataong pangangalaga, at pananagutan. Sinisiguro ng pamunuan ng CSGH na tutugunan ang usaping ito sa pamamagitan ng naaangkop na proseso at ng mga tamang kinauukulan.

CSGH is aware of the social media post regarding the recent hospitalization and unfortunate passing of a child at our institution. We extend our deepest sympathies to the bereaved family.
We take the concerns raised seriously. However, the allegations circulating online have yet to be verified and should not be treated as established facts without proper investigation.
CSGH is reviewing the circumstances surrounding the patient's care and will take appropriate action should any violation of hospital policies or professional standards be established.
Due to patient confidentiality, we are unable to disclose specific medical information publicly. We respectfully ask the public to refrain from drawing premature conclusions or sharing unverified information.

No Outpatient Department (OPD) consultations, elective surgeries, telemedicine consultations, and HOMIS services will be available this Monday, August 31, 2026, in observance of National Heroes Day.
Regular OPD consultation services will resume on the next working day, September 1, 2026.
For medical emergencies and urgent concerns, please proceed to the Emergency Room Department, which remains fully operational to provide necessary emergency care.
