Welcome to CSGH
Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital is the only general hospital in the entire Northern Palawan. The DOH Administrative Order No. 2012-0012, otherwise known as “Rules and regulations governing the new classification of hospitals and other health facilities in the Philippines”, classified CSGH as a level 1 hospital.
CSGH, despite the new mandate, continues to recognize quality and humanitarian services to the People Affected by Leprosy.
CSGH has different organized service departments and offers quality ancillary services such as a secondary-level Clinical Laboratory that possesses state-of-the-art equipment that produces reliable laboratory results, a secondary Radiology Department, and a 24/7 operating Pharmacy.

Per DOH Department Circular No. 2026-0455 dated August 10, 2026, all DOH offices — including Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital — are directed to post the 2024 FOI Certificate of Compliance in recognition of the Department's continued adherence to the standards of transparency, accountability, and public access to information.
As a DOH hospital, Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital is committed to upholding these principles, in support of the government's commitment to open and responsive governance.
