Welcome to CSGH
Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital is the only general hospital in the entire Northern Palawan. The DOH Administrative Order No. 2012-0012, otherwise known as “Rules and regulations governing the new classification of hospitals and other health facilities in the Philippines”, classified CSGH as a level 1 hospital.
CSGH, despite the new mandate, continues to recognize quality and humanitarian services to the People Affected by Leprosy.
CSGH has different organized service departments and offers quality ancillary services such as a secondary-level Clinical Laboratory that possesses state-of-the-art equipment that produces reliable laboratory results, a secondary Radiology Department, and a 24/7 operating Pharmacy.

SUICIDE PREVENTION AWARENESS ACTIVITY
Ang Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital - Public Health Unit, sa pakikipag-ugnayan sa ating Psychiatric Nurse na si Ms. Mara Megan C. Villarico, RN, ay nagsagawa ng Suicide Prevention Awareness Activity noong Setyembre 15, 2026 sa Out-Patient Department.
Layunin ng aktibidad na ito na magbigay ng tamang kaalaman tungkol sa pag-iwas at maagang pagtuklas ng mga palatandaan ng suicide risk, at kung paano tayo maaaring maging katuwang at kakampi ng taong nangangailangan.
Ngayong Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, mahalagang alam natin na minsan, ang isang simpleng pakikinig ay maaaring magligtas ng buhay.
Hindi mo kailangang solusyunan lahat. Ang mahalaga, nandiyan ka at handa kang makinig at umunawa nang walang panghuhusga.
Magpakonsulta sa pinakamalapit na health center at kung kinakailangan, makipag-usap sa mga propesyunal at eksperto sa Mental Health.
Tandaan: May pag-asa pa. Hindi ka nag-iisa.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagtakbo at pagpapaabot ng tulong-pinansyal ng mga hindi nakadalo, ipinamalas ng mga lingkod-bayan ang tunay na pagkakaisa, pakikipagkapwa, at taos-pusong malasakit. Isang patunay na ang CSGH ay patuloy na kaagapay ng buong pamayanan sa panahon ng pangangailangan at pagbangon.

Ang Cerebral Palsy (CP) ay isang kondisyon na nakakaapekto sa galaw, koordinasyon, at muscle tone. Dulot ito ng abnormal na pag-develop ng utak habang ipinagbubuntis.

The CSGH community gathered on Monday, September 14, 2026, for a high-energy morning assembly centered on operational vision, clinical precision, and patient care.
The program opened with clear, actionable directives from Acting CMPS Dr. Neal Vincent Torre, establishing key operational priorities to keep the institution aligned in its mission. Following the directives, the celebration of Medical Technology Week, led by Dr. Odin Dayag and the Pathology Department.
The highlight of the event was an inspiring Awarding Ceremony recognizing those who keep the hospital’s diagnostic engines running smoothly. The Pathology Department expressed formal gratitude to its dedicated staff members, whose daily diligence drives continuous excellence and expanded patient care. Special recognition was also given to CSGH volunteer blood donors whose selfless gifts directly sustain the hospital's blood supply.
Every lab result carries a story, every donor gifts a future, and every healthcare worker forms the backbone of a healthier community. As Medical Technology Week kicked off, the assembly stood as a resounding reminder that CSGH’s true strength lives in the dedication, shared purpose, and strong commitment of those working behind the scenes.
